This talk was recorded during the morning session at the CSA Kriya Yoga Seminar in West Palm Beach, Florida on January 12, 2020. Ron shares some thoughts on the usefulness of spiritual practice and the philosophical approach of Kriya Yoga.

Ron Lindahn served as Senior Minister at CSA Headquarters where he leed the meditation retreats.
He was initiated by Mr. Davis in 1970, then in 1978 was ordained as a CSA minister and authorized to initiate in the Kriya Yoga tradition. Ron taught meditation and effective living in the Kriya Yoga tradition for more than 45 years in classes, seminars, workshops, and as guest speaker for churches and yoga centers in America and abroad.
