What does it mean to “practice being”?
- Led by Minister Joan Hope Craig
- Weekend Retreat: October 1-4, 2026
- In-Person only
When we take a break from the stimulation of daily life, we allow ourselves to slow down. We begin to feel our bodies, taste our food, and notice our environment. In this calmer state, we can more easily notice our Inner Being — our true Self.
Join us for two days of quiet, rest, meditation, and the inspiring atmosphere of Center for Spiritual Awareness, a sacred retreat center where people have been meditating for over 50 years. We welcome you to BE with us, just as you are.
