Ayurveda Immersion Weekend Retreat: led by Vishnu Dass, AD, LMT & Cricket Greer AP, RN, MA, LMBT

Join us for this 3 day immersion into Yoga’s sister science of Ayurveda, illuminating the foundations of Ayurvedic medicine and daily practices that support a healthy life. We will begin with the primary principles of Ayurveda and then move into how this framework and perspective is put into practice.

In our time together we will consider our relationship to food and how to use food as medicine; learn Ayurvedic body-centered practices; do experiential breathwork and meditations that support psychological health and enhance spiritual practice; and cultivate daily and seasonal routines to help balance our lives.

We hope you will leave the weekend with a new perspective of your life and health, practices to experiment with and integrate into your life, and a sense of rest and connection with nature and community.
