  • General overview of Sanskrit, history and development.
  • Introduction to the 5 mouth positions and chanting of the Sanskrit alphabet.
  • Chanting of sutras, devotional and popular chants.
  • Learning of general and Yoga terms; pronunciation and meaning.
  • Commonly mispronounced words.
  • Enjoy learning how to read Sanskrit words and sentences. Tuning in to the spanda (pulse).
