This retreat is an opportunity to begin or refine your meditation practices and expand your spiritual awareness.
Retreat days begin each morning Monday through Friday at 7am with a one-hour meditation, followed by a thirty-minute discussion on meditation and Kriya Yoga philosophy and practices based on the teachings of Roy Eugene Davis.
Every afternoon we offer a thirty-minute meditation at 2 pm, with additional afternoon workshops or educational videos. Hatha Yoga and/or Qigong classes are taught during the week if instructor available. See calendar for specific workshops during retreat weeks.
Thursday Kriya Yoga initiation. New initiates or those who have been previously initiated, may attend for review and to reaffirm their commitment to their spiritual practices.
This is an ideal retreat for resting, spending time in silence, reading spiritually informative books, walking quietly on the CSA grounds, and focusing on your spiritual growth.
Participants are also invited to use and enjoy our retreat facilities including the Meditation Hall, Shrine of All Faiths Meditation Temple, Bookstore, Hatha Yoga Dome, and Resource Learning Center during their retreat. Local members are invited to attend all classes.
