CSA Online Meditation Retreats

CSA ministry services have moved online for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.
When authorities inform us that it is again safe to travel and come together in groups without danger of infection or transmission we will resume programs at CSA Headquarters. Until that time we ask you to join us, lending you support and consciousness, as we carry on through the CSA Ministry online. You can also invite your like-minded friends to join us. There is no charge, and no registration necessary. Visit the CSA web site often for new audio and video programs featuring Mr. Davis, ministry news, and schedule updates.

To join a session enter www.csaretreat.org in your browser. You will be directed to download the “Zoom” program. This only needs to be done the first time you join a meeting. After that the link will automatically take you to the meeting. You may need the meeting password: 957607

Enter Meeting ID: 980-663-1368 and then press #. When it prompts you for the participant ID, press # again.

Please arrive at the session 5 minutes early so we can begin on time.


Sunday Services

Morning meditation will be conducted each Sunday at 11 a.m. Eastern Time by a CSA Minister.
The meditation is 45 minutes followed by a brief inspirational message.

The purpose of the retreat is to help inform and inspire others towards increased wholeness and to help deepen spiritual Awareness with the support of Ayurveda.
We will be sharing clear, practical, easy instructions based on Mr. Davis’ book: "Ayurveda: The Natural Way to Wholeness".

OVERVIEW OF AYURVEDA
Goal of this class is to share a clear broad overview of Ayurvedic concepts. Introduction to the bigger picture of Ayurveda and its overall workings: doshas, gunas, agni, ojas, and their relation to the spiritual path.

11:15 – 12:15 – Ray Booker
VATA, PITTA, AND KAPHA DOSHA, A DEEPER LOOK
Goal of this class is to share clear detailed explanations of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha with a helpful guide to their characteristics and routines. To clearly illustrate what an imbalanced or balanced state can look like for each dosha with an emphasis on how this knowledge can support our Kriya Yoga practices.

12:15 - 1:15 - lunch

1:15 - 2:15 – Leslie Hanks
ROUTINES AND RHYTHMS THAT BALANCE
An overview of daily, and seasonal routines that help balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha, including a balancing exercise for each dosha, and the importance of healthy elimination. Leslie will share insight on how to support your meditation and Kriya Yoga practices, and discuss the importance of being happy, healthy and prosperous.
