10:15 – 11:00 Workshop: Prana - Ryan Strong
Ryan will give a class on prana; what it is, how we can cultivate it, and how it is a powerful transformative tool for yogic practitioners.
11:00 – 12:00 Workshop: Mantra - Stella Wuttke
Stella will give a talk on how mantra is used to develop a more profound meditation practice and how mantra’s vibrational power can support healing of the mind and body and aides in spiritual awareness.
12:00 – 12:45 Hatha Yoga Class - Carolina Sartain
This gentle yoga class will be done partly in a chair and will end on the floor with restorative postures.
12:45 – 2:00 Lunch break
2:00 – 2:45 Workshop: Understanding the Koshas - Chris Sartain
Chris will give an in depth talk on the five subtle sheaths known as the koshas. He will discuss their importance and relevance in yogic philosophy and practice.
