Ray will discuss how we may make simple adjustments to our daily routines to create maximum support for our health and well being, as we move into the fall and winter months.
11:00 – 11:45 Workshop:
Ways to Nourish & Create Vitality for the Fall & Winter - Chelynn Tetreault
Cheylnn will give a class on the best nourishing foods that support our digestion and build Ojas (vitality) for the fall and winter. She will also discuss the importance of Ojas for meditation.

Morning & Evening Practices During Fall & Winter - Michael Gadway
Michael will give a class on strengthening our morning and evening routines as we move into the fall and winter so we may receive the maximum benefit of our Kriya Yoga Practices.
