Hatha Yoga Class w/Julie Caroline

This Hatha Yoga class is specifically designed for Kriya Yoga initiates and those interested in Kriya Yoga. It combines gentle movement, meditation, and devotion. A variety of self-care subtle body tools, like Mudra and Marma are included as appropriate for the day and season. You do not necessarily need a mat, but I find it helpful. You are welcome to wear any comfortable clothes. The first five minutes of class will be open for questions, the next 30 min will be meditative movement (asana), and the last five minutes will include savasana (assimilation) and a short devotion. Classes will begin just before the equinox on Saturday, September 19th at 10:00am and meet every Saturday after that.
