Practice Centering Meditation

March 30, 2014

To immediately flow into meditation or to be centered and aware of your relationship with the Infinite at any time, be still and wait until you experience a shift of consciousness. This is especially helpful when you are involved in daily activities and feel that you are becoming overly influenced by environmental circumstances or disorganized thoughts and moods.

In a secluded place where you will not be disturbed, close your eyes. Be still and wait. You may sit for several minutes before a change occurs, but it will if you continue to sit. When you are again centered in soul awareness, resume your activities. If in a public place, you need not close your eyes or do anything to attract attention to yourself. In the midst of outer activity, be still. With practice, you will learn to easily return to your center.

Speak this positive affirmation:

Every day I take the time to easily return to my center, becoming aware of my relationship with the Infinite.

Have a good day . . . and a great life!
