Going with the Flow

March 23, 2014

When you have become proficient in meditation practice, adhere to your preferred routine as long as it is supportive of your purposes. When you no longer need specific routines, give yourself to the meditation process. Direct your attention to transcendental perceptions and realizations. Avoid illusions and fantasies.

Be relaxed, internalized, aware, alert, watchful, and surrendered. Aspire to the highest realizations without being inclined to force anything. Sit and wait, allowing adjustments in states of consciousness to occur and being open to unfoldments for the duration of your meditation session. If you sit long enough, alert and surrendered to the process, spontaneous meditation will occur. When physical and mental obstacles to the natural flows of creative forces are absent, soul awareness unfolds. Spiritual growth as a Self-illumination process is then realized.

Speak this positive affirmation:

Relaxed, internalized, aware, alert, watchful, and surrendered I aspire to the highest spiritual realizations.

Have a good day . . . and a great life!
