Meditation Enhances Physical Well-being

June 16, 2013

Contemplative meditation that results in sustained superconscious episodes regulates biochemical secretions and infuses the body with superior energy-frequencies which spiritualize it. Long-term meditators tend to experience a diminishment of biological aging processes. They have higher energy levels, keen interest in living, faster reactions to stimuli, usually better eyesight and hearing, and stronger immune systems than do persons who are not long-term meditators. Their biological ages are several years younger than their calendar years. When sixty years or older, their biological condition is ten or twenty years younger.

The body is sustained by nature’s forces which nurture it and soul forces which infuse it. When we are in harmony with natural forces and are spiritually awake, our bodies are nurtured to become responsive instruments through which our enlightened purposes can be efficiently fulfilled. Healthy, long life has value in that it allows us to accomplish our major purposes, including that of Self-realization, in the present incarnation. This ideal may have little meaning to persons who are spiritually unawake, but holds much promise for all who are endowed with higher visions of possibilities.

Speak this positive affirmation:

Living in harmony with natural forces and remaining spiritually awake I easily accomplish my life enhancing purposes.

Have a good day . . . and a great life!
